I am a
- US Navy veteran - After 11 years on active duty, I finished up as a Commander in the Navy Reserve. Along the way, I've been responsible for the people in, and accountable to produce results with, organizations ranging in size from 2 people up to more than 1,900. Every ship I was assigned to won the competition for the Battle "E" every year I was onboard it. The Battle Efficiency award is for the ship which has demonstrated the highest level of combat readiness. (Think Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award). While I am not the only reason those ships won, I will take as much credit for it as I can. I served on a small boy (frigate), an aircraft carrier, a repair ship, and was Officer-In-Charge for the first Mediterranean LCAC (Landing Craft, Air Cushioned) deployment. I also had a staff tour on a joint staff in Japan.
I understand the military mindset. I know the capabilities of the men and women who have served. I understand how to get things done with and through others.

14. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Orange County, California. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
