30 Days of Dale Carnegie: In his book, How to Win Friends and Influence People, Dale Carnegie identified 30 human relations principles for dealing more effectively and graciously with other people. A couple of years ago, I shot a series of short videos on each principle. I've collected them here, for you, as a resource. As a bonus inside of that program, you'll also find my recording of The Quick and Easy Way to Effective Speaking. I couldn't find an audio version, so I created my own, and I'm including it, at no charge, for you.
The Dale Carnegie Course: This is my first attempt at creating a resource to support our in-person experience, so any ideas you have to make it better, I would appreciate. I've "unlocked" Session 1, so you can see what's coming up in our first session.
The Iron Leader Community: "As iron sharpens iron, so one leader sharpens another." This is our private, exclusive online community - not on fb or linkedin - where we can interact between sessions. Again, it's the first time I've done this, so whatever feedback you've got is welcome.
When you get there, please do two things:
1. Check out the introduction section of the online Dale Carnegie Course. I've created three videos for you.

2. Go to the online Community.

> Complete your profile
> Shoot a quick introductory video on your phone and upload it to the community.
Couple of other quick points:
1. No preparation required for Session 1. You'll be happy to hear there is no preparation required for our first session. Just show up, sign in, and you'll find your books and Course manual on your seat.
2. Show up ready to participate and have fun. If you're looking for a lecture class, this is not that.
3. Look forward to meeting some great people. People largely self-select to be in this Course. What does that mean? The folks in this program tend to be high caliber individuals. That doesn't necessarily mean they're CEOs or senior VPs,yet. The became the CEO or a Senior VP by being a high-caliber individual BEFORE they ever got the position. Someone has recognized that in you, and in your fellow participants.
