Individual coaching applies High Performance coaching and strategies to YOUR specific challenges.  Each session, we deal with your stuff.

Group coaching adds the perspectives of the group, so you get more varied input and ideas.  But, it IS a little easier to "hide" in the background, so we may not deal directly with your stuff in a particular session.
